Noun

“Noun is the name of anything”

                   Or

“Noun is the name of a person, place or thing”

                   Or

“The name of any thing is called noun”

Examples:

Chair, Table, Ahsan, urea, book, pen, Sania, city

Noun Numbers:

Generally we make the plural of singular noun by putting “s”

Examples:

Singular	Plural
Book	Books
Chair	Chairs
Chain	chains

Hissing Sound:

(Sh, ch, s, x, z)

                         Noun is that end in Hissing Sound we make plural by adding “es”

“O”

      Noun that end in make their plural by adding “es”

Example:

For “F” and “Fe”

                              Noun that end in for “f”, “fe” makes their plural by changing “F”or”Fe” into “ves”

      Noun that end “Y” we make their plural by changing “Y” into “ies”

                   Noun that end in “Y” but vowels comes before “Y” we make their Plural adding just‘s’

                         The Name of any common thing is called common Noun.

Proper Noun

                    

                        The name of any special Thing is called proper noun.

Example:

            

            Ahsan khan, Hero pen, Karachi, London

Collective Noun 

“A noun that used for number of things or people but consider as one is called collective noun”

Example

                      Class, Teacher, Staff, Crew, Crowed etc.

Material Noun

                                          “Material noun is the name of something which is used for making other thing”

Example
                     
 Milk, Water, Gold, Silver etc.

Abstract noun 

                          “A noun that we cannot touch and see without material world is called abstract noun”

Example
                  
God, Sound, Air, Angel, Happiness, Ache, Pain, Light, Darkness etc.

Compound Noun

                      “A noun that is made by two or more nouns is called compound noun”
