Structure of sentence
Positive sentence
Subject + auxiliary verb + main verb (past participle) + object
Subject + had + 3rd form of verb or past participle + object
Example:
I had gone to Karachi.
میں کراچی جا چکا تھا۔
We had come here.
ہم یہاں آچکے تھے۔
They had written a letter.
وہ خط لکھ چکے تھے۔
You had swum in the water.
آپ پانی میں تیر چکے تھے۔
She had won the match.
وہ میچ جیت چکی تھی۔
He had reached there.
وہ وہاں پہنچ چکا تھا۔
It had rained in Karachi.
کراچی میں بارش ہو چکی تھی۔
